Ruby is an Ontario lawyer with legal experience gained from an international commercial law firm. Ruby has worked in several areas including: Securities, Corporate, and Litigation. Ruby practices in the area of corporate/commercial law including shareholders agreements; joint venture agreements; executive employment; share and asset purchases; amalgamations; business start ups; corporate reorganizations; corporate financing; security agreements; as well as various commercial agreements and contracts.
