Background: Suzanne Ting is a senior clerk with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and corporate/commercial law.
Experience: Suzanne joined our firm in 2001 concentrating in commercial real estate and her duties include conducting all due diligence searches to drafting and finalizing closing documents. In addition to commercial real estate, Suzanne also assists our corporate/commercial team in preparation of documents for incorporations and organizations, corporate re-structuring, corporate financing matters including commercial borrowing and commercial lending transactions, tax driven corporate re-organizations including rollovers and amalgamations.
