Anita Colucci commenced her career as a real estate assistant in 1972 and moved into a Sr. Real Estate Law Clerk role in 1975.
Anita assists lawyers and clients in all types of residential real estate transactions. In addition to the preparation of the required documentation her work also includes the necessary due diligence searches, review of searches and title documents, attending to electronic registrations and closings, preparation of title reports and opinions, and assisting in all other aspects of real property transactions.
Anita is also responsible for overseeing and training the Junior Real Estate Clerks and Articling Students at Tibollo & Associates.
